Kavanagh was corner back I think.
And PJ Ryan
Yes, and nice of you to pick one part of the post and ignore the term ‘systematic’. Moron.
Surprised how little has been made of Paul Curran throwing his hurley at Eoin Larkin given how much outrage there was in Tipp after the 2010 A/I final when Tennyson did something very similar to Lar Corbett
Lads have been throwing hurls at Kilkenny players for years.
Gardiner at Brennan in 2010 semi.
A Waterford lad threw one at Larkin in 2008 for his goal.
We don’t jump up and down when it happens.
Very few of the Tipp crowd have even acknowledged it, surprising given how outraged they were by a very similar act 2 years previous.
A quick search shows me that Fitzy, T_E, The Runt, myboyblue all were scathing of Tennyson and his hurley throwing at the time
Tipperary and Curran were lucky that the absolute implosion masked it, but yes, it was disgraceful Pukey, the sheer scale of the meltdown just meant it went unnoticed. It also helps that you wouldnt expect it from that Kilkenny team, but it wasn’t in any way surprising to see a tipperary hurler do it.
John Horgan threw a hurley at Ollie O Connor in Thurles in 1980. Liz Howard condemned it on the Sunday Game but I have still to hear a Cork person condemn the act.
Tommy Walsh threw his hurley at Lar Corbett in the 2009 League Final
Yes, the Tommyhawk. It was awesome.
I’ve yet to see anyone hit by a thrown Hurley.
the AI final last year, did tommy flake the ref across the nose that time, or did he throw the hurley, I cant remember, if its a case of him throwing the hurley, then we have a confirmed hit for fagan ? Otherwise is was just a direct hit with no propulsion involved
Richie Mullally was on it too I think.
Is there a Connect 3 version for Clare that you can play over the course of a century
There would have to be banshees and witches like Biddy Early involved on that board game.It would be a hybrid of snakes and ladders and dungeon. Then they could all sit around a campfire and ride their 1st cousins.
wtb clamped.
