I like the throwaway piano thing on this.
Not for me, but some interesting stuff musically going on in the background, even if the song itself sounds fairly straight ahead.

Not sure if you ever heard 13 & God, a collobaration between The Notwist and Themselves on Anticon in early 2000s. Did some really cool tracks like this one:

I saw them in the Roisin Dubh around 10 years or more ago. Brilliant gig.
Friends supported them I think (might have been 07/08 direction). Saw them 08 at Roskilde
08 yeah, around then I’d say. Who was yer friends band? Was it The Ambience Affair? I can’t recall.
