That was breathtaking to watch. Fuck me
Galway will probably be going in as underdogs now against as you said a not particularly impressive Kilkenny. Maybe thatās the type of backs to the wall scenario, Galway need to shake them out of their lethargy.
Weād love a soft one Mike after winning our last two against the āgreatest team of all timeā and having to win it from first round of Munster. Iād love a good asterix beside it too - a banned player, a dodgy ref decision, or playing Cork in the final.
And this post from before the Dublin game sums up our freetaking woes. Chin was 10/11 last week but must have been 50% or below today. A technique that isnāt solid will lead to inconsistent results.
Yeah. Imagine the seeth.
It would be lovely .
Think thereās a scenario where Wexford, Kilkenny, Galway and Dublin end up on 5 points.
Wexford go from 2 to 5 by beating Carlow and drawing with Kilkenny.
Kilkenny go from 4 to 5 by losing to Galway and drawing with Wexford.
Galway go from 3 to 5 by beating Kilkenny and losing to Dublin.
Dublin go from 1 to 5 by beating Carlow and Galway.
Thanks for the useless information.
Fair comment.
Galway should get Tessio back in
Hard to see KK stumbling as much, but outside of that Leinster looking much more even this year.
Evenly shite.
An even spread of shite.
Should the winners of the Leinster Championship get a playoff for a shot at promotion to Munster?
Would any of the leinster teams get out of Munster? Highly doubtful IMO.
Munster has produced just 7 of the 19 All Ireland winners this century. Limerick lads really getting carried away here in the back of their first All Ireland win in 45 years last year.
Leinster hurling is shit this year, and has been for a while. The fact that Kilkenny have won 11 of the 19 AIs this century is completely irrelevant.
Take Galway out of Leinster Geoff and tell me who won the other 11. Of the 7 All Irelands, you at least have 4 different Munster teams compared to 1 in Leinster.
Not one Leinster team ( taking out Galway ) apart from Offaly in 2000 has graced Croke Park on AI day this century . All 5 Munster teams have and all of them on more than one occasion.
