He is a downhill hurler and very greedy in his decision making on numerous occasions.
Would you go way, shower of bluffers and yellow bastards
Sounds like tattle ![]()

That over carry by OâDonnell when they were just coming back into it was a killer. The six point swing before half time as well.
Had clare got that goal they would have had something to get them going at half time.
But they looked all wrong today
Not in the last three games, maybe you didnât see them?
Against the worst Tipp team in years and a Waterford team who downed tools? By godâŚ
Very strange game, Kilkenny fully deserved winners , very sharp in their hurling and economy but by Christ did Clare do a lot to undermine themselves.
I thought for the most part the Clare backs played ok with some very good individual performances but we were are from 8 to 15 with the starting full forward line especially making zero impact. We must have hit close to 25 wides, 10 or so of them being unforgivable at intercounty level and Kilkenny on easily half a dozen occasions got easy scores from the resultant puck out which made the scoreboard look far worse than it was.
Saw them in the flesh against Limerick twice in the last 12 months and they gave up both times without so much as a whimper. Can tolerate not being good enough, thereâs no excuse for downing tools
Yellow? In those three games?
You werenât watching either.
Cork arenât great, not are Clare, but nobody was claiming greatness for Cork this year, a lot of lads seemed to think that Clare were massive challengers to Limerick, theyâre not, theyâre average, and Iâm unsure how theyâll build on it

Where are the Cody begrudgers now?
They couldnât beat Galway because they shit the bed. I wouldnât even mention the tipp game ffs. Maybe kudos for Waterford.
Again, thatâs history, Cork turned a corner after the Clare game and nobody could accuse them of being yellow in the recent fixtures.
Hard luck auld stock. Just one of those days where it all goes to shit. Weâve all suffered through one of them. Ye brought none of the fire and brimstone we saw all year. Conlons loss and the timing of it was a disaster for ye.
Tactics were all wrong, lorrying ball onto the KK backs heads in the first half, I donât know was that supposed to happen or what. But it was never going to work. They lapped it up. They cleaned yer forwards really.
Then they couldnât miss and ye couldnât score to save yer lives.
Cork have no men.
Cork are lucky galway bate them. The fear of green is real. A big mental block. Probably didnt get enough of a bating in last years final
Itâs probably a blessing in disguise alright, though it would have been brilliant to see if there was real improvement, youâll only be able to judge that against the best.
Need to keep the siege mentality ahead of the next match.
Would Cork have taken Limerick to the brink in extra-time in a Munster Final? Not on 2022 form anyway. Under new management I think Cork will improve massively and surge past Clare given that they won Minor and U20 All-Irelandâs last year. Brian Lohan worked the oracle with Clare. Unfortunately today the loss of John Conlon was colossal.
Planning for 2023 starts now
