All-Ireland Senior Football Championship 2016 You Are What You Eat

Proper order, a joke of a red card.

Absolutely. What do you make of your countyman, Padraic Hughes?

He always struck me as being utterly out of his depth at senior inter-county football. He was the big favourite of Pat McEneaney and was fast tracked to the elite panel at a very young age. Many of his performances since have been very poor.

I think there are far worse but that’s not saying much.

He is overly fussy and likes to see himself making big calls and being at the centre of attention.

Well that was a cracking read.

Think he might be over stating how modern and chic he is. A rock star no less.

What an utter fucking attention seeking cunt.

Much to the chagrin of many on here no doubt, but balls.ie and sportsjoe.ie are starting to put together more and more long form stuff. This is balls.ie’s latest, might interest a few on here @Nembo_Kid

Puma king the boot of choice there. Could never beat a pair of Puma kings

They’re all much the same. The modern day Rossie knows they’re at best chancers and yearn for the days of Frankie Dolan and Francie Grehan who could combine football with a bit of divilment.

A lifetime away from the days of Earley and Harry Keegan.

Who was the Donegal footballer interviewed on morning Ireland today? Only caught the end of the interview but sounded like he wasn’t much of a fan of Jim McGuinness

McElhinney.

He made an odd comment like “ya Jim was involved with us for a couple of years and is entitled to his say” but went on then to say how Gallagher had been with them longer and was the best football man he’d worked with (or something like that)

I’d imagine the constant undermining of Gallagher and pressure he heaps on Donegal as a result of this does not sit well with the players.

McGuinness is an unbelievably petty cunt.

Jim is all about Jim. I’d say it rots Horan that Donegal beat Mayo in that final, there the two roads diverged.

Well if he had’t left a club player on arguably the best overall player in the country then he may have done better. Can’t believe Keane is still there too. Not related to IC full back.

He is making a few points there, and showing Clare alot of disrespect (no matter what dribble they throw out). Thats if its the team that starts.

The Clare midfield will destroy that Kerry one and that Kerry backline could be in trouble too. Could be more than onteresting for 40/50 Mins.

I think there is alot of mind fames going on and its all Dublin related. This straegy is fraught with danger. You get fuck all games and playing apparently softer teams yet you leave half your starting side on bench. Hoghly questionable approach.

Much or more the same team that played us in Killarney

Ya and Clare have improved and Kerry have played fuck all and just ran themselves into the ground. Kerry have a load of players withmaybe 1-2 games in 3 months.

Not saying Clare will win, but Kerrys strategy seems flawed. Time will tell.

Game was distorted by the early goals but it definitely looked like some of the newer lads didn’t have the physical superiority that might be expected. I like O Beglaíoch as a footballer but he’s not there yet conditioning-wise. Morley I couldn’t say one way or the other.
