I was never entirely convinced by Tadhg Morley as a 6. He’s no Seamus Moynihan anyway. Ryan O’ Donoghue brushed him aside for the goal there. I’d love to see another replay of it though because I was convinced there was a pick up off the ground in the build up.
Really good finish. O’Donoghue is that very rare anomaly, a good Mayo forward.
I’d hold on that observation a while yet.

Granted, he is likely to revert to Mayo type and start to believe hype that would be spoken about him locally in the Mayo goldfish bowl.
