Unit wide presentation today to discuss some amended and new regulations that will impact us.
It was a “town hall event”. And while there shouldn’t be any “big bang” issues arising from the reform, we’ve been assured that smaller group sessions can be arranged if anybody wants a “deeper dive” into the regulation changes.

Any of yu got killer phrases I can use when talking about the company culture?

Have your colleagues any trust in the mission, vision, goals and values of your organisation, Fitzy? Have these major structural changes impacted on your organisations ability to sustain long term engagement with it’s staff? Sustainable engagement is key to engendering an advantage on your competitors through employee added value in areas such as customer service, decreases in absenteeism and increases in levels of innovation. Engagement levels in Australian organisations are some of the highest in the world, Fitzy at approximately 24% but, as organisations with high levels of engagement have, on average, 147% higher earnings per share than competitors with low levels of engagement, then I think you will agree that it is a subject and an activity that should be discussed and explored in great detail at your upcoming conference, mate.
It’s not a new word but it’s one I fucking despise, liaise. “Can you liaise with John about that?” What’s wrong with just saying “Talk to John about that”
