Another horrific accident in Donegal

Fucking hell McDaid has some neck to be talking about anything to do with road deaths.

Horrible tragedy. Your man was the “designated driver” seemingly so possibly speed and the number of people in the car were the main factors in the crash.

Outrageous, he is a cunt of the highest order. Going to all the funerals for votes the prick.

hello lads read your comments on the accident not very nice. no one forced all them fellas in to the car . driver not only one to blame. can any one of you say that you never did anything wrong when you were young in a car. have a few drinks and drive, donuts, handbrake turns, no sealt belt. wrong place wrong time alot of factors to blame. them poor mothers and fathers. one of the boys is being buired on his birthday. have some compassion wheter you agree think they were idiots . they all paid a price.

All terribly tragic. There are far worse crimes than travelling with too many people in the car. To be honest before reading this thread I wouldn’t have thought it would have such a massive impact on the handling of the car so driver could well have thought the same

8 people dead and you are trying to crack a simpleton joke about it, Id hate to be you, a sad sad excuse for a human being.

They certainly did pay a price. I wouldn’t be rushing to judge any of them - just a recipe for disaster really with that many people in the car. Glad to see the families of the deceased showing some compassion for the driver and his family.

Eh, no ! What planet are you living on? It’s this kinda attitude that has so many young deaths on the road… No one here is denying it’s a tragedy, and all have sympathy for the families but some feel that such stupididty doesnt deserve compassion for those involved… That’s their opinion and they are entitled to it.

Agreed. While i have sympathy for all concernced myself, both the victims and their families, people should be entitled to their opinions…
It’s fine to condem them for bollox acting in an overloaded car but it’s wrong to make shitty comments for humour like Flano on it.

Nah dunph, it was mocking, plain and simple. There was almost a delight in the deaths, a serve them right kinda attitude.
It was low, but again i wasn’t surprised considering who it was coming from.
Again opinions are one thing but ripping the piss by making jokes about 8 people losing their lives is never on.

It’s no different than the Gerry Ryan stuff or the Uaneen Fitzsimons comment that Rocko made.

I’m pretty sure you considered comments taking the piss out of Gerry Ryan’s death to be funny.

Gerry Ryan was a disease on the nation… you could surely make some allowances there.

I agree with Sid above.

It’s ok for fellas to laugh and make quips when the likes of Gerry Ryan or Michael Jackson die but when it’s a few young lads from Donegal it’s in bad taste all of a sudden? And tbh what was said in this thread was harmless compared to what has been said about certain celebrities dying. If i’m not mistaken there’s even a thread called “Celebrity Deaths” where people make predictions for certain celebrities to die within the calender year and then to rejoice when one of their selections passes away. The likes of that is not for me but people are entitled to do and say as they please and i choose to stay away from those threads by and large.

So let’s get our facts straight here before we suddenly start getting all moral.
Speaking for myself i said something similar on the Gerry Ryan thread with regards letting people RIP.

+1

Aboy the Dunph

“I disagree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it”…

It’s probably a good job I didn’t say what I was really thinking judging from the reactions of people
