Yes for the last 15 or so years. It counts towards points but is non currricular so you must do it in own time I think

I can remember in Romania the poles used travel hundreds of miles to sell lighters,bric a brac at the market’s,how times changed (1994) and Now for the past 6/7 years in Romania there’s such a hole in the local workforce Chinese are there doing the menial jobs
