European U20 silver for Nick Griggs this evening. Made his move but didn’t have the legs to outgun the Swede. Griggs got gold last year and sounded disappointed in his post race interview but its still some achievement. He seems to have all the talent so I hope he continues to mature and improve on the big stage
Feeling ould, my great pal lloydys daughter made the 1500m final. She was hoping for sub 4.20 but was disappointed. She’s run 4.18 in training.
