I’ll go for silver with a chance of gold. I’d love to see Rhasidat running the third leg and handing over to Sharlene to bring it home, but I guess she’s needed to unwind the stagger at 500m. Phil Healy is both the key and the doubt. If she can run a decent 3rd leg we’ll be thereabouts.

That was what was said for the mixed relay where ladies run 2 and 4. It’s pure tactics for the women’s, not dictated by her coach as far as I know
