Auld lads whinging about having a few pints

Anyone going for a pint ?

I’d a skin-full last night…

I’m as sick as a small hospital today. Dry November starts early this year.

I’ve decided not to tonight.

I’ll have some bottles tomorrow (maybe one or two later tonight) and pints on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday night. All going good, I’ll get a few in Friday as well.

I went down for the half gallon.
Had the full gallon last night, and tonight was a struggle.

Six pints tonight. They shut up shop early for some reason. Lovely Guinness for the mainland

No banker tomorrow

We’d the in laws over. Steaks all round. A heap of red wine. And a couple of gin and tonics. And skme whiskey. In-laws gone now, dishwasher on, chats had, thinking of laying into some whiskey…

Went to see a load of metal. Drank a load of Guinness from plastic cups. Shmoked a few fags. The head tomorrow is going to be top, top class.

What was the Roper reunion like? I’m really not sure that was a band that needed to reform :grimacing:

They would never have been my cup of tea either (most of the bands at The Siege wouldn’t tbf) but I enjoyed their set all the same. I was fairly well oiled at that stage. :grimacing:
