Result: Collingwood 140 St. Kilda 66
Essendon beat Carlton 105 - 84. Good last quarter from Carlton made it someway competitive. Ciaran Byrne made his debut for Carlton too, and did well in anything I saw.
That’s enough of the Derby for this time. 9 goals down at quarter time. Pathetic.
Yeah it’s on ESPN, score now 17-82. I’ve been made turn over to Ben and Holly now tho, bit more aggression and bite in that.
Nice prediction loko. 30 in it at the end, Freo gave up on it, and west coast started playing a bit made it closer than it should have been.

Leaderboard after Round 2:
No major shocks this week…
The favourites by and large behaved themselves last week alright. This week will be a different story a few potential banana skins there.
happy enough with how its going so far
Byrne only came on for the last quarter but had a decent amount of disposals for just one quarter. This Heeney fella with the Swans seems like a top player. Local boy aswell I think.
Ciaran “Casey”(?) Byrne out for 3 weeks with a banjaxed hammy.
Coach Mick Malthouse said he had been delighted with the 20-year-old’s effort on his debut.
“It was fantastic for our football club to see ‘Casey’ get out there - and he ate it up,” Malthouse told www.carltonfc.com.au.
"When I said to him just before three quarter time ‘you’re on,’ I could just see in his eyes there was no fear - he just wanted to go on and wanted to get the football.
“This setback is disappointing for him and for us, but I’m sure we will see him playing again in the not too distant future.”

Casey is his nickname. He had a great fondness for Matlock as a child and loved trying to solve ‘caseys’ as he called them, hence the nickname sticking.
