They deserved it on that last quarter, they were dominant.
Collingwood missed two good chances with about 8 or 9 mins left but Perth had hit five straight one pointers before that.
14 Grand Finals lost out of their last 16 now.
They might not get a better chance than that for a while.

On the face of it this seems like a much more likeable and humble Perth Eagles team than their last winning team in 2006 who were full of flash, arrogant, obnoxious cokeheads if memory serves correctly.
Just looking it up there, Collingwood have lost 27 finals, next closest is Carlton with 13 final defeats. Collingwood are essentially Galway in All Ireland Hurling Finals.
Not sure about that, one or 2 bad eggs doesn’t make a squad. Had a spectacular midfield who were full of confidence so that maybe more of a reason to dislike. Either way, this was won the hard way. Natanui missing was a huge obstacle to over come. Then Gaff getting suspended, their best midfielder. And then Shepard getting injured, the longest running starting player and pivotal in the backs.
Ironic too, Dom Sheed kicking the winner and he only there because Gaff was out.
