…and ignitor fluid now as well.
Ignitor fluid as had them soaked in wine.
There’s not a thing healthy in that photo bar the beans
varnished wood, igniter fuel and a filthy grill, aye, some taste alright
As it should be.
No varnish
I’m thinking of getting an outdoor wok burner. Has anyone any experience?
Do you burn many Woks?
You’re better than that
I have one on the side of mine and tbh, bit more.gimmick than anything else. Rarely use that part of it. Used a wok on it once and used to keep grub hot another time.
If it didn’t come with it, I wouldn’t be bothering with it
Side burners are only useful for sauces. If you want to wok you need ferocious heat, that FireMagic I have goes to 60,000 btu. It would singe the hairs off your arm a foot above the flame.
Do you have a proper wok for it? Not one of those flat bottomed jobs?
Yes, the burner has a ring for holding the round bottomed wok.
Good man. A proper round bottomed wok is hard to get in Ireland.
Norm is one funny bastard
BBQ yesterday evening over in a friend’s house after a feed of pints at the match. Parboiled potatoes then threw down into the bottom of the barbecue in the middle with the coals tucked up in two baskets at either side. Did lamb racks and spatchcocked chicken but the potatoes were just unreal altogether.
BBQs in November, lads have lost the run of themselves
global warming mate. enjoy it while it lasts.
