Don’t like beef cheek, just buy a decent cut of beef.

Did you grill that outside?

Sensational stuff

No, I pulled the weber into the kitchen and worked away there. You couldn’t risk leaving the house.

The joys of a gas grill, you can do it anywhere

A nice last hurrah to meat as we all go veggie in 2022

Happy new year to all my fellow BBQ-ers

And to all the outdoor gas hob cookers we pray 2022 will be the year where you put the fear aside and progress onto real cooking.

That’ll drive @EstebanSexface over the edge altogether.

My outback grill was winking at me earlier in the shed when I went to bring in another slab we got a patio down in October, 2022 will be off the charts for outdoor grilling

@TreatyStones got this badboy for Xmas. Giving it a run out this evening. Same yoke you use?

No, what you have is a far superior version.
Only downside v what I have is that it’s a single probe. The multiple probes are useful for monitoring multiple cuts and overall bbq temp.

Well wear.

I seen an add for them on the Facebook. Let us know how it goes

Can add more probes it seems. See how the first one goes first I suppose

Tbh, thought she was stone mad buying it. Have a number of old school ones that do the job.

Be handy for a big lump of brisket or slab of beef ribs cooked slow, means not having to lift the lid

Ah it’s a complete game changer.
