Great to see Steven Bunting in the crowd there, you can take the man out of the BDO but you can never take the BDO out of the man.
Beautiful 121 finish from Richie
Ross take the second set to make it 1-1
Richie takes the 2nd set with out shots of 120 80 and four darts at 127.Quality stuff from the Dutchman
Montgomery laughs as he misses doubles to stay in the tournament. Idiot
Richie eventually takes the game 3 sets to 1 finishing on double 2.
I see Paul âCrocodile Dundee*â Hogan, the rank outsider who was 3-0 up on eventual world champion Glen Durrant at Lakeside in January, took out two of the pdcâs âbig gunsâ Gary Anderson and Adrian Lewis at the UK Open in a five match winning run to the quarter-finals.
*Heâs actually from Basingstoke.
And Crocodile Dundee is at it again. An amazing nine-darter in the Home Internationals!

Belated congratulations to @balbec on Krzysztof Ratajskiâs stunning victory at the Winmau World Masters.
I can see darts becoming the new speedway in Poland on the back of this victory.
Cheers mate, the bunting is up all over the place.
He retired from professional darts in 2014.
Fuck it, I just saw that Jeff Smith has failed to qualify too.
Thatâs an absolute shame for The Silencer and for darts lovers.
Jeff finished second in the Canadian qualifying table but would surely have won it and clinched his Lakeside place had he not missed four events over there because they were clashing with BDO majors this side of the pond. He lost out in the minefield that is the qualifying competition, with only four places up for grabs.
The Canadian Darts Organisation need to get their shit together and schedule their events in a way that doesnât penalise marquee players for competing with the worldâs best.
Jeff has got some small consolation by being awarded a wildcard for the Finder Darts Masters in Holland in December.
Disappointing news that both Jeff Smith and 2017 Winmau World Master Krzysztof Ratajski have decided to retire from competitive darts.
Canât wait for lakeside to give me a good laugh during a long January. Tickets selling very bad apparently.
All sessions of Lakeside 2018 are SOLD OUT and have been for the last three months.
Au contraire mate. Weekday sessions not sold out.
Theyâre all fully sold out, mate.
Touts are currently quoting a minimum of ÂŁ350 for tickets to the Monday afternoon session.
