Holland has a new contender on the oche - Rafael van der Vaart.
The former Tottenham midfielder will compete in Saturdayās Denmark Open in Esbjerg - what a tournament it promises to be.
I presume heāll be using KC and the Sunshine Bandās āGive It Upā as his walk on music - luckily no other top level darts player has used it up to now.

The Finder Darts Masters is no more.
I can only assume that this means an announcement about a brand new major tournament is imminent.

Duzza also beat Adrian Lewis up a stick in the first round.
Just goes to show what we said last January was unquestionbly true - the BDO championship is simply a higher level of quality.
Yet again the we have wiped the eye of the pdc.
The disappointment in the voices of the Sky commentators was palpabale as Duzza wrapped up his victory.

The BDO World Champion has crushed James Wade 16-7 to reach the semi-finals of this tournament at Blackpool which is on Sky.
