Corner Collins Is the best pub in Adare and it’s basically a restaurant

Thought that was a jab at fellow limerick owned pub The Red Cow. A quick Google shows it’s actually a pub in Wicklow with very high ratings.
Next time headed to her folks in New Ross, will give it a whirl
It’s a hard enough place to find, way off the beaten track but along The Wicklow Way so gets plenty of hikers dropping in. You’d barely fit 6-7 people inside it. No phone signal, no TV’s, looking across hills and mountains. A real living in the moment type of place
They took their sweet time reopening after covid, but always a pleasure visiting this fine establishment.

The Confession Box is a far superior pub to Briodys.
I would have Briody’s as a day time spot while the Confession box as an evening/nighttime spot

A poor return from my 2.5 years living on the north side.
The Dublin pubs twitter account had a Top 25 Dublin pubs during the week. I had 10/24 of those published so far.
