I’m about 1.5cm too short on the width and the same roughly on the depth. I’ll make it work.

Get some expandable foam. It will do a fine tidy job

If you put it in the microwave for 4 minutes it will grow the 1.5cm you need. Throw in a few spoons as well.

Yeah it’s just a little gap. I’d say either I measured wrong or B & Q made a hames of their cutting.
It’s more of an issue for the shelf but I’m managing well.
Ah right. The shelf could be an issue alright. My best advice is to get your wife to ask her dad. Works a treat for me.

Job complete. Screwing into that shelf was an absolute fucker. Couldn’t get any of them all the way in but they’ll do for now.
