Mount it with two bolts drilled into the wall and similar size holes drilled it into the back of the beam, put the beam on over the bolts then.
I did the pretend handyman thing today. Cleared an over grown patio, power hosed paving stones and did things with a gun. A Mastick gun. Strangely empowering. I’m bollixed now. I went down to the Strand and had a fish supper, revelling in my manliness. I’m fit for the bed now.

What auld gaps were you selling up with the mastic gun just?
