Is there a collective noun for a pair of cunts of such magnitude as those two?

Yes. It’s “pair”

I knew I knew it.

Did you hear the Scottish MEP this morning in response to Farage? ‘‘You may take our EU, but you’ll never take our freedom.’’ :joy:

This is an opportunity for Ireland we may never see again. All those UK based companies looking to establish an EU HQ will be looking here. Financial services and banks are the jobs we need to chase. They won’t wait two years to see what UK do as they need certainty

I expect Kaiser Noonan is already making plans

Its like some pulled a string that connects her eyes nose and mouth and just condensed them into the middle of her face.

Could it be called a “gaggle” ?

We don’t have office space for the companies that are already here, let alone new ones.
Unless Morgan Stanley want to setup in Limerick.

Is there not offices empty all over Dublin?

no thats for referring to queers , you can also use the term swarm

We will soon enough. once we know they are coming we can ramp it up. No city in the world has oodles of empty office space. Difference is we have the space to build it and plans are in place

Only going by what I read in the media but apparently there is no good quality office space of a reasonable square footage available in Dublin.

They’d want to be turning the sod today to have it ready for two years time.

Will be loads in two years and certainly by 2020. All brand new and high spec.

Residential more of an issue but that can be sorted too once we decide to build up

The main problem on office space for financial services is that the operators want it in one central location such as works in London & Frankfurt. That may be harder to fix in Dublin, is there significant space left over in the docklands areas either side of the river?

Lots already in progress. Not necessarily needed for two years once they know it will be ready by 2020 as the city won’t decamp overnight but they need a clear plan on where they are going to have the European HQ and will staff it up over time
