Ya flying it
3.0lt! I don’t like automatics har. The other option would be an A4, probably '11. Thinking 2.0 petrol but possibly a diesel. A good car? What would be a good price? Looking for decent alloys, reasonably low mileage, bluetooth, etc. Spotted this earlier.

Decent alloys are the main factor to consider Horsey.

If you want a Manual transmission, something bullet proof reliability wise then this is the car for you, pal. Low mileage, a little different compared to the 1000’s of Audi A4’s on the road.
If i was spending my own dough on a car, this would be it.

That’s a lot of miles for a 3 year old car. My 06 A4 has less than that. You can have it for €10k
What’s so funny Harry?
cunts and their audi’s
My bird will give the next 5 years paying for her Audi. It’s just a car.
What kind of a cunt buys an electric car? The battery makes the car weigh 40 per cent more. So you end up burning more energy anyway. Energy that comes from an oil powered plant probably.
muggins here
I would not buy an automatic Audi. They are known as multi-tragic for a reason.
Audis are not good value second hand. You could buy a new 4 door A5 2.0TDI, or at least a 141 model for 38k. That clapped out A4 above is the guts of 20k, in a private sale, from some sort of part-time dealer type.
You could buy a very good car for that money

or an 11 one with 85k up for 10k ish

I want to treat myself to one last single man’s pleasure before walking the plank-stupid I know but I want to own a nice car for the next year or two before admitting my life is over and I get married and buy a Ford C-Max or something. I don’t like BMW’s and would like an A5 but I am getting awful resistance for that.
Did you not like the Subaru Legacy i put the link up for, pal.
That car will hold its value.

I always associate Subaru’s with boy racers and a cunt of a manager I used to have harry-I appreciate how stupid that sounds after saying I wanted a fairly flash car but I am a complex fellow. I spotted a very reasonably priced A5 (€13.5k) there on carzone but with 232k kms on it (2008). Is that type a mileage an absolute no no or are engines built to last further these days, pal?
Without a reputable service history it would be a no from me.
If you want a flashy car then look at something like this if you only plan on keeping it a few years.

Not bad harry but the A6 is a bit big for my liking. I’ll keep looking at A4 and A5 and send a few on to you for a once over. I hope to be purchasing in the next 4 or 5 weeks everything going well.

Eek!
