Camping, the Outdoors and So On

Pizzas :joy::joy::joy::joy:

Get a decent Lifeventure flask for 20 quid on Amazon and it’ll keep hot drinks/soup warm for a day

Nothing like eating a cold soggy pizza in the rain in Ireland.

Christ.

There’s a lack in some lads.

Seriously, cold pizza is absolutely grand and better than faffing around trying to cook something on a little stove and clean up after. He doesn’t think he’s going to have time to sleep for more than two hours, you hardly think he’s going to cooking a dinner?

Sounds like hell on earth.

Get yourself and owl MRE

Cold fucking pizza.

By fuck just when you think you’ve heard it all on TFK

Bivvying. Camping without a tent.

Glamping!!!

How’d you get on?

Grand. The first stint was from 10am Sunday to 8.30pm Monday. I probably slept for about 75 minutes.

I was back last week but it ended up being a shorter stint . About 11pm Saturday to 5pm Sunday. Managed about 75-90 minutes sleep.

Slept in back seat of car. Rested a few other times in there.

Used this little stove as well. Handy job.

If the weather is suitable I’m to tackle Carrauntoohill at the weekend.

Up the ladder?

Probably and maybe down Brother O’Sheas gully then

A lovely job. The ladder can be tricky coming down. Hopefully a clear day, very disheartening to get up there and the clouds come in. I’ll be on Brandon later in the Summer all going well, wont make Carrauntoohill this year I’d say.

He won’t like that

Anything interesting to do in Killarney outside of the usual?
I’m not going looking at Torc waterfall again.
