Our defending is atrocious. We have created a couple of chances, as one might expect at home to Hamilton, but we surrender possession to them so easily. They had a lad trapped in the corner there and he just rolled it up the line to their striker who was the obvious only out ball but he was in 15 yards of space because nobody thought it worthwhile to stand near him. The only possible ball their full back could have played and we gifted it to them.
Our supposed pressing game is non-existent. But we have all the downsides of it when they do attack because we all seem to be ahead of the ball then, despite having put no pressure on their midfield or defence. Itās abysmal.
How in the name of fuck did Stokes miss that?

Why did we take Guidetti off? So we could put Virgil up front at the end? Ridiculous shit.
We havenāt improved our defending a single bit since the first game. There isnāt much the manager can do about the chances missed (except leaving on our best striker might have been useful). But the fact we concede in nearly every game is down to the complete absence of a defensive system. Itās brutal.
