Eh get off the pitch, or before that, consult his linesmen. You do know he more or less told the cops to fuck off, he didnât need their help. This man is an idiot of the highest order, its the GAAâs fault for having him there in the first place, he isnât up to it.
Insulting the name of one of Corks greats own cup doesnât really reflect well either mickee, and then to go on about how its been dreadfully treated, jesus you are getting the ncc disease.
Those Intermediate games have often provided great fare, go in early and see. Limerick-Cork this year and Cork-Clare last year were crackers.
I do agree though that the GAA doesnât give a fuck about counties like Kildare in hurling, or the lower graded competitions.
Out of interest, Did they play you center forward and give you all the frees straight away in Kildare when you arrived just because you were from Cork?
yeah, i used to take the puckouts as wellâŚ
You go on about Cooney been a prick Kev but each of your posts offers no solution or any alternatives,
just because Sludden wasnt up to it in your opiniion dosent mean he is fair game to be assaulted, he was on his way off the pitch when he was attacked.
on your headstone Kev it will be written , âdullardâ.
No definitely not, he shouldnât have been touched, and i was critical of the cops initially, but now have no sympathy for him.
I donât have a solution as one is not needed for All_Irelands, as this was once off, as many have said already, and its never a problem for All-Irelands as there has never ever been anything major happen before asits usually only the winning supporters who go on the pitch. They are 2 different things to me.
One solution to what happened Sludden is that his dressing room is under the Hogan Stand, and he always gets an automatic escort (not just him, any ref) off the pitch no matter what, an immediate one. Not too hard to organise.
I have no problem with the pitch invasions for All-Irelands, but i like Golaâs 5 minute suggestion, thats workable as well, might take a go or two to perfect, but it could work.
Mickee your headstone is going to read âlocked in a chamber and gassed, by kevâ
i believe the clues to that lie on a different thread ( a fucking epic thread BTW)
i wouldnt have the answer but id say a few of the Leinster based posters would be able to fill you in,
she was never a favourite of mine
Iâm not up in arms at all, I merely suggested a way it could be handled better over the long term. Your piss-poor wummery will cut no ice here.
Run along.
Will supporters wait around for the few minutes after the whistle? It would be great if they did. Like I said, hammer the message home early and relentlessly, that if supporters want to celebrate on the field, then give the players some time to commiserate/celebrate amongst themselves beforehand. The players could be instrumental in this message getting through as well, eg. we give a lot of our time for the county, please give us a few minutes after the whistle. Or some kind of pr campaign like it.
Of course referees should never be subjected to what Martin Sludden went through the other week, under any circumstances, and any cunt that assaults a ref should be done for said assault.
My suggestion is in relation to celebrating and indeed commiserating with teams, as the Cork supporters so admirably did in 2006 when they too entered the field to support and thank their team after the final whistle.
Stomping your feet, getting indignant and dismissing any idea contrary to yours and Christy Cooneys does you no credit mickee. Banging on about the rural fuckers with the inferiority complex as part of their psyche just puts you in the same camp as ncc.
A piss-poor wum with no serious input to the issue.
players and officials regularly kicked and punched by inbred mongs running on
the dublin club player ordering the mongs to stop crushing their fellow orangemen at the start of his All Ireland winning speech.
Thankfully loads of KK and Kerry fans leave before the cup is presented in recent years so there have been less incidents. Still the danger is there. thousands of event junkies running down stairs and across seats high on guinness and adrenaline so they can burst on to Croke Park and make a name for themselves for clocking the Gooch or a ref. Also there are far more people there on All Ireland day so it is more dangerous than some little league success down the country somewhere, the argument that it is part of GAA tradition at all levels is futile imo. It is far more dangerous if 40,000 people run onto the pitch. Also can you imagine the chaos on Hill 16 if Dublin were to win the All Ireland. There could be a real danger of loss of life then.
 What an extraordinary response to a considered and intelligent post from Piles. I donât think Iâve ever seen anyone as rattled on the internet. Weird considering Piles wasnât even having a go at the United Nations of Corncrake. He must be hearing voices in his head or something. Maybe Kev has finally gotten to him. Well done Kevin.
