Would be 28 at some stage this year. He hasn’t played any sport in 18 months.
Think he was involved in the Clare backroom last year helping the stats men.
Very much a late bloomer. Was a sub for ASR at harty level when he was a leaving cert. Played wing forward for the Clare 21s in 2011 and looked hopeless. Was switched to centre back for 2012 and things just clicked into place. Think he also played senior football for Clare in 2012
His younger brother looks a decent prospect in both codes. Similar type player
