There was no protection for him at all and OâMahony was entirely at fault, he bear hugged him and would not allow him move until the attack had finished
McHugh might well have popped over the winning score had he not been assaulted
Gaelic footballâs rules still arenât adequate to deal with that kind of cynical play
The penalty for such really should be a 14 yard free no matter where such an offence occurs on the pitch

The bridge will be happy enough. Their big guns in Golden, Shanahan and Alex Morey havenât done much and they weathered Cratloes strong start.

Donât think any Cratloe forward is winning his individual battle, and most of their early scores came from Bridge mistakes out the field. Bridge will have whatever breeze is in it second half too.
