If you havent been taking a little shot of coffee about 30-45 mins before your 5k runs, i’d advise you to start doing so from now on.
5km is a warm up. Will coffee improve your time or somthing?
We got one of these 14 years ago as a wedding present. It’s still on the go, and all we had to get fixed was the starter button. It has a steamer as well, but what I like the most now is that it only needs coffee. The pod machine is handy, but there is a lot of plastic to put in the bin afterwards…
