Darragh Flynn is a major loss to that team. Very nervous for that game tomorrow night - Half forward line looks very very weak and I’m surprised Colin Walsh isn’t starting.
There’s a few players starting that I don’t think are up to it.
Is Ben O’Connor actually training with them?
He’ll be there against Limerick
Horgan, Downey, Cahalane… All relatives of seniors?
He signed with Munster tho didn’t he?
Horgan no relation. The other two are brothers
Not sure about that, but I do know he was in France with the Irish u18s last week.
He should start against Limerick, he’s way too good to ignore.
I was told he has signed or will sign with them. But he’s going that way anyway…
It seems that way. Cork county board should entice him with everything they can.
I think he’s good enough to play Senior hurling, nevermind u20.
Entice him? Flesh that out for me. Any young lad who has the opportunity to play a sport they enjoy professionally, would be nuts to turn down the opportunity. Just wish the lad luck, and move on.
I’d say you can read what I am suggesting alright. What Kerry did for Clifford, we should do for O’Connor.
I’d wish him luck on whichever path he chooses, and I will forever be a fan.
I disagree.
Hurling is his no 1 but as you say, the opportunity to go pro is too good to resist.
Very unbalanced looking side, looks like they are struggling for half-forwards. Novice full-back but he did look good for the Minors last year. Flynn would be a big boost. Lyons and Healy the only two Minors starting?
Would he be interested in running a pub?
What division is Whitechurch situation in?
“Ethan Twomey and Eoin Downey are in with them too, which shows that the system of working. That’s a great endorsement of it.”
The above two training with the seniors.
White church are city division
