He is too flat footed and for a big man has no aggression. Four years in and he still isn’t up to it.

He is not lacking aggression. He is an excellent half back imho. He is very similar to Diarmuid Byrnes.
I don’t know how you can say Downey lacks aggression. He has no pace but he’s well able to take cafe of himself
