Lorcan McLoughlin out for the Waterford game, dislocated shoulder.

2 players rejoining hurling panel

O’Sullivan and…?

Well the Egan one was false. He’s gone to the states. Huge outgoing of cork players going to states this year. The money in the less traditional cities is huge by all accounts.
Conor Sull & Cadogan ?

Conor Sull & Setanta?

Cusack & Setanta?

Micky O’ Connell & Joe Deane?

Pa o’ Callaghan and Comor Sull.

Great game between Newtown and Sars. Great performances from Conor Twomey, Cahtal Naughton and Michael Bowles swung the game for Newtown. Good win for Ballyhea against a Blackrock team that must be hot favourites for relegation going on yesterday’s display. Maybe they were mssing players but one of the worst performances i have ever seen from a Senior team.

Rejoining, Pa O’Callaghan was never on the panel.

Maybe Shane Murphy.

Report from the Midleton/Killeagh match there please TheLockes, when you get a chance.

They were missing Stephen Murphy to injury, who would be the only lad with any real pace. Alan O’Callaghan nowhere to be seen, nor were Daniel Meaney, David King or the Farrells. Lot of mullockers on that Blackrock team, that half-forward line being a prime example.

The strange thing about it is, this is loose rumour now, he is supposed to look after himself like an IC hurler.

Think a good shot are off to the states. Hard to feel sorry for them after they stopped guys playing football.

He has no interest in playing for Cork by all accounts. Strange but maybe doesnt want the travelling, etc. Long trek from Ballyhea to Cork, 3 or 4 times a week.

Yeah, they struggled up front, going to be under awful pressure to stay up i would think.
