It would suggest that he is being seriously considered for 6. If he worked out it would make a big difference for cork.
Colm Barry is hardly that tidy a hurler to play in the full back line long term is he?
Murphy won’t be centre back for UCC never mind Cork. No. 7 is where he played for Cork u21s and Inters last year.
I would imagine Cork will give the League a right rattle this year. With Tipp and KK miles behind in terms of preparation it is there for them if they want it.

I presume Collins will be subkeeper now.
One would assume so. Some serious keeper depth in Cork.
Patrick Collins has a younger brother Ger, who will probably start for minors this year. That would make him a 3 year minor like Patrick. A great GAA family. I believe Matthew has being called up to the Dublin Panel.

Nash isn’t even on the penalties any more. Horgan will take them.
what are on about with curves? also Limericks season in 2014 ended up the exact same as 2013. Beaten both seasons in the All Ireland semi final by the eventual all Ireland champions
The only difference is that they had silverware to show for their efforts in 2013 and a right good pitch invasion. 2013 was a better season

Munster champ win, choked in the semi.
Stephen O’Keeffe will save penalties under this rule. So will Eoin Murphy. The rule will sort out the shot stoppers from the pucker outters fairly quickly.
you could say that but I would be more inclined to say Munster Champions beaten by better team in the all Ireland semi
Limerick have been to the all Ireland semi by front door and back door and couldn’t win either so no real difference how you get there. You may as well have the munster cup to show for your season if you are to exit at all Ireland semi final stage
I don’t like this choking terminology. If you want to use it could you just as easily apply to Limerick in 2014 as 2013?? After all Kilkenny were under big pressure in 2014 but Limerick couldn’t hammer it home. Is this a form of choking just in a different way to 2013?

No. We didn’t perform against Clare in 2013. We gave an incredible performance last year and lost narrowly to the eventual winners.
Darren Mac deserves his chance but he doesn’t offer anything different than what we already have. And being one of the best hurlers in Cork club hurling really means little to nothing at this stage.
Dalton is nailed on starter in goals for the Minors this year.

If JBM is picking on talent, Pa Collins will start. Superior to Nash in pretty much every way.

Possibly, but could easily be selected outfield aswell.
I’d say they have enough forwards to pick from at this stage - Kingston, O’Leary, Gunning, Looney, O’Halloran, Cormack, Dunne etc. Can afford Dalton in goals. Struggling more for backs.
