Played for years with Monaleen underage. Went on to captain cork intermediate side that won an all-Ireland if Iâm not mistaken.

I think Pat Mulcahy captained that Cork intermediate team. Was season after Newton won intermediate and Mulcahy had also won senior county with avondhu. 96 or 97?

He was centre back in 97 I think. Thought he was captain⌠maybe not⌠interestingly his former club mate John Cormican lifted the cup the following year for Limerick.
