Coronavirus - Here for life (In high population density areas)

I’d disagree a positive test means you have covid. But allowing that if you accept you do have Covid then following their logic you should need a second test to prove no longer have it - they don’t know when you cease to be infectious.

we will in our bollox
i stand over my prediction that we will not see full stadia until the the beginning of the 2022/23 football league season,
All sane individuals know that only those over 70 realistically are impacted by this but on a daily basis that is not how this being reported, it is being reported in terms of case numbers regardless as to if any of those people or sick or the age profile, you have idiots on here panicing saying school is not safe for kids despite the fact that kids have no risk whatsoever , so now the narrarive is based on numbers , " of look at the numbers",
the ā€œnumbersā€ will remain high whether or not the ould lads have been vaccinated and given that there is now hysteria about the safety of children there is no potential end to this
this lockdown will throw a dampner on cases but there will be caution urged again as they will be citing case upticks again last year when lads went playing gah matches and schools so until the entire country is vaccinated i believe there is no end to this thing

on vaccine also, israel are giving people vaccine passports but they are only valid for 6 months , wait till those vaccibanated in march 2021 start testing positive in december 2021… forget about the ā€œday outā€ in the gaelic grounds lads

The experts are sending dozens of healthy doctors and nurses home, on the basis of a bogus rest, who aren’t symptomatic and wouldnt spread…even if they had it.
The laugh of it is a lot of them are still testing positive when they return, now I’m no expert…but…
And we are told our hospitals are overwhelmed.
You literally couldn’t make it up

Dont know the answer to that but id imagine the science tells them that is the case.

your first line is correct
i think we may spend 2021 chasing our tails tho to realise this fact and call this farce off

For lockdowns? They’ve yet to present it

we better get that morgue set up in Dr. Hyde Park ASAP

For every one fella saying one thing confidently with years of experience there’s another similarly qualified saying the opposite. People decide who to believe based on their worldview. Very few ever change their mind. I genuinely haven’t a clue about any of it. As I doubt you or most fellas commenting have really or ye wouldn’t be spending hours every day typing into a virtual vacuum trying to convince an anonymous handful of people, half of who are just pulling the piss, you’re right and they’re wrong. But sure that’s the essence of message boards and it’s entertaining to read so carry on :+1:

they’re in on the conspiracy. cow medicine and UV beds yadda yadda

If this virus is as virulent as it seems then one of the places you are most likely to catch it is queuing for a test in a test centre.

Not really… One region’s 2% could be completely different to another region’s 2%.

Any stats on deaths directly from covid?

Have you enough liquor in to tide you over?

Fine, I’ll generally trust the one who states an opinion, presents evidence and is willing to change position etc

NPHET is getting a bit of a revamp as government are looking to bring in more scientists and medics on board. Hopefully they will be strong personalities and challenge the consensus.

Do ye not have freemasons for that sort of thing?

But sure I presume fellas advising nphet and almost every other government in the world are doing all those three things. They’re certainly changing fucking position anyway! For me the ā€˜evidence’ is all complete double Dutch. I don’t know how it would be any other way. I had literally never heard of Covid 19, lockdowns etc 10 months ago and in the meantime I’ve been working, raising kids, picking up broken tiles etc and it’s an issue that is baffling every professor scientist and Doctor in the world how the fuck would I know who was right or wrong??

Your general point that people are placing far too much faith in ā€˜tony’, the ā€˜experts’ and the official narrative is 100pc on the money. Placing just as much faith in the opposing views is equally as ridiculous though.

Unless the opposing view on lockdowns and pandemic response was the right one, the one advised by the who etc before this collective cowardice took hold.
