I suppose the only good thing for the pubs is that if they had opened 6 weeks ago then they would be getting the blame for the recent rise in cases.

Yeah i think so. People don’t want to come back. It’s not that they are scared of Covid - they just have seen a better way.

Theres an element of truth in this but all those people want a bit of office also. A nice balance. Two days in town with pints afterwards and a wfh the days after to nurse the hangover. Offices wont die but it might switch some future development back to apartments.
