I think we can safely assume that most of those being tested have some symptoms, if TFK is anything to go by, with every kid’s sniffle leading to a desire for a test (even though apparently kids aren’t getting symptoms if they have the Covid virus).
10,747 is a decent daily sampling number from a statistical standpoint, what the 1.45% positive number is telling you is that the virus isn’t widespread in the community, and that’s what you would expect given the fact most people are following guidelines and the state of utter panic people are in.
