And they arenā€™t open outdoors because Philip Nolan made a model which is clearly irrelevant at this point given that crowds have been gathering for 2+ months outdoors

And these models are correct 0%, of the time. Everytime

Just like a hot day in dollymount or portmarnock or Malahide , scumbags come and ruin it for everyone ā€¦

Holohan was grossly unprofessional to be tweeting his anger about people gathering outdoors.

Heā€™s the CMO, he should be advising the government privately and not pontificating about his drives around the city centre.

He hogged the limelight all last weekend as a result of his comments. Gardai acting excessively last night was an inevitable consequence, Iā€™d imagine the Garda Commissioner got a bollocking following last weekends scenes - of people enjoying themselves in a mostly civil manner outdoors - and so a reaction this weekend was always likely.

Iā€™d say the government are itching to cut Holohan loose but thereā€™s still a sizeable cohort who hang off his every word. Plus RTE think the sun shines out of his hole too.

All this while the numbers in hospital with Covid in the whole country is down to double digits, and ICU down to 30 odd. Yet the fear index is still at levels of 12 months ago.

The Govt wonā€™t touch Holohan. Heā€™s the smokescreen to hide behind because they donā€™t have the balls to govern.
