Not all member states are in the Schengen. Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria are outside it but allowing travel. Easy cop out for the junta

International travel is a massive issue causing covid case numbers. Sure that’s why it only accounts for 1% of cases and we brought in MHQ interment after reviewing 12 months of data.
