Next two weeks are crucial for John Bull
My mother is the the regional for the last 2 weeks, went in as she had a mini stroke. although imporving and now moved out of the stroke ward, there is only a few patients left in her current ward (1b) that didnt test positve for covid. testing nearly every day, lady beside her tested positive. its a daily worry now at this stage with her age. trying to get her into johns.

Tough break pal, hope she’s doing well. Are ye all able to visit or how does that work? Hospitals are awful places even if everybody is doing their best.

thanks bud, no visiting whatsoever. even getting to talk to a doctor is a challenge. lots of staff are out there too

Disappointing that the drop seems to have stalled.
Yeah, the figures remain high but the numbers in hospital seem steady enough. ICU is down a few from when lockdown was announced.
