Why would you hope he gets it? What if he has an underlying condition and is deemed at risk?
Average deaths in Ireland for this time of year has been 90 per day for the past number of years. This year itās currently runnjng at 130 per day, almost a 50% increase. Itās not covid thatās killing them, so what is it?

Begs the question, what should be done for healthcare and to a lesser extent other frontline workers when this is over. Iād propose a three year 20% tax hike for the under the bed brigade and then a tax break passed on. Canāt let the work from home merchants away with contributing nothing.

What about a compilation of the best dancing nurses/doctors commemoration DVD (streamed format) to each and every one of the front line healthcare workers with a bonus section showing people outside their front doors clapping?
Hide under the bed merchants to be punished separately.
