Was there a beer tent there, Runt? Did The Dunph enjoy the action?
No beer tent, but I wouldnāt have been able to face one anyways with the state I was in this morning. Dunph was in fine fettle, when he eventually arrived.
Mafi never showed up this morning. No doubt feeling the effects of yesterdays tumble.
Semi final line up is
Mucky Eamonn V Formcrior Wally
King Saunders V Cooga Josh
Well lads how did this finish? Did any of ye go back for the final? Iām not surprised Mafi was knocked out, sure he coulnāt win it after the way he crashed into the fence at the bottom of slipsā¦
This yearās must-have fashion accessory, Bexhill Eoin, had a fair weekend.
I didnāt make it back cause Iād a match, but Kyle Ranger beat Derby Pines in what was apparently a controversial decision in the Derby Final. Mucky Eamonn took full advantage of Mafis absence to win the Desmond Cup.
Donāt know who won the Oaks.
Ocean Tolula won the oaks, A big addition to proceedings today was the availability of hot whiskeys in the soup & sandwiches tent.
:o
FFS
ye should have come back after the soccer, dodgeās clocks were badly missed today

What about the Runts clocks?
They werenāt too far off the official line I believe! Massive crowd there today, twas hard to get a good view.

Epic stuff Glin stands alone as the epitome of gracious country living. My God I think I would die if I ever had the misfortune of being caught up with the riff raff of what passes for coursing in Co Clare.
Twas a great day in fairness, some top class animals on view, Iād say the 2 dogs that contested the dts final are both a cut above the average ts winner.
I see the Bourkeās Ballyorgan threw another winner for the Fields.
Yes indeed, all the usual suspects were on hand to bask in the gloryā¦
Dunph and myself can only dream of marrying into a leading dynasty like the KYLE prefix. What a life that would be, winning trial stakes every week and having dogs at the business end of Clonmel and āClounannaā every year. It must be like being Manchester United.
Didnāt set foot in a field yet, as was āas laithairā for a couple of weeksā¦ just lookin through Glin results and the coursing seems epicā¦ Looking at clock and the way Mucky Eamon improved in every course, not even Mafi would have lowered his flag.
We are debuting in Cashel and Regional, draws pending. Our first dog for DTS action had a brother going in Glin āBua Martināā¦ .just wondering did he leave a mark on in any of yere notebooks this weekend.
The clocks of the Kyle dog were good, very good and he was right up there with the all age luminariesā¦ Seemingly Glin had it all, even a dodgy call from Horan after his horse wne tmental and he didnt even see the course, but pulled a flag anyway !!
