Sean Cavanagh was not responsible for the Black Card. It was voted in at Congress in Spring 2013 for the 2014 season. Cavanagh pulled down McManus in August 2013.
The Mayo footballers were responsible for their sensational shithousery in the end-game of the 2012 All Ireland Football Semi Final against Dublin.
Anthony Nash caused a rule change mid season which was sensational. Cluxton had the kick out rule changed about three times, Evan Comerford for shaking the post and Nicky Quaid contact lenses all notable rule changers.
