Diet & Nutrition

If you could reduce it to one a week as Turenne has said you’ll be fine. 4 times a week is ott, pal.

I cooked a smashing red Thai turkey curry the other day and had it for lunch the last two days with the last of it to be consumed today. I doubled the quantities of everything from the recipe but I used one tin of coconut milk and one tin tomatoes where the original would have called for two tins coconut milk. The coconut milk was from lidl and was the most exceptionally thick and creamy coconut milk I’ve ever seen. I used addition onions, garlic, ginger, and chillies in the curry and I consumed it with quinoa dressed with olive oil, fresh herbs and garlic.

A lovely healthy and delicious lunch. Don’t mind them bollixes @Horsebox.

You’re right about the refined sugar & HFCS stuff.
But I disagree on calories.

Calories in vs. Calories out is the best rule of thumb you could give anyone trying to lose (or gain) weight.

If they ignored all the other bollocks produced by the fitness industry and just focused on that they’d get better results.

I’m going to have one tonight anyway then I’ll try to wean myself down to 1 or 2 per week.

FFS, you are worse than a screaming Mary on facebook, nobody gives a fuck what a vile Muldoon like you are eating tonight

That’s the sign of a quality individual there, you nearly wouldn’t see that kind of humanity in the bible. Horsey is a sensational poster here so to witness this gesture of humility, a staight out stand up apology like that is a little tfk moment of specialness. Great stuff giant.

PM pal

Pm please.

PM please.

8 pints of Guinness last night, this healthy living isn’t so bad.
I’m about two stone lighter from the shits alone.

PM if you don’t mind

Lads I’m out drinking at around 6 and don’t want to be all bloated after dinner. I bought a cooked chicken there and had some of it in a sandwich. I was going to shred some of it up and stir fry it or something but would I be better off just finishing off the chicken on its own rather than cooking it with a load of carbs?
