Diet & Nutrition

I’d ate that.

Food waste In Ireland is off the charts. Pre prepped meals deals with that issue. Nutritious balanced healthy meals cheaper than you can make them yourself. It’s a no brainer.

Common sense

On TFK ? Are you drunk.

I’m just a stand up guy giving sound advice.

They are reasonable in terms of price but I’d be very surprised if you couldn’t make them for cheaper yourself

Why single?

Jesus H.

Never go into business for yourself fella if you do not value time

Fuck yeah, I’d imagine it’s a dream come true if you’ve nobody else to cook for, Kevs dinner looks fine tonight

Economies of scale mate.
No value in it for a family.

What are you on about? Try reading the post next time

The dinner tonight looks exactly like what they throw out in the local Centra every day

But maybe 5 lunches for yourself during week?

Not suggesting feeling family thru it.

Cooking for 3/4 obviously has a different value

If you plan properly you’ll have very little waste, and a small but of thought cuts out a lot of work. A pot of spuds will do two days as will a good sized roast.
Lads are just lazy.

Is the dinner at home better?

I doubt its much better

And that much starch is why you are overweight and will die younger than me

My lunch is either leftovers or reworking of the previous nights dinner, or else soup and homemade brown bread I make at the weekend. I don’t spend a penny on grub during the week bar maybe eating out on a Friday.
