You still doing this PK? How’s it going? I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a good while, probably 3 years at this stage, but the last few weeks I’ve started eating breakfast (porridge) and I’ve found I’m less hungry at lunchtime so eating less or smaller portions but I’ve very little energy for the gym in the evenings.

I’d do it most weeks from Monday to Friday. Black coffee for breakfast.

He is less hungry at lunchtime the days he eats breakfast than when he doesnt have breakfast.

I find when I eat breakfast (I rarely do) I am hungrier at lunch so I found the comments from @Horsebox interesting at least!
