The aldi stuff is the finest.
Mix it up. We need to be eating 30 different fruits vegetables seeds and nuts each week to maximise our gut flora.

19 hours into a 24 hour fast here. Might trial this once a week

Did another 24 hour fast there. Game-changer lads. Feel unreal after it. Head and all feels so much clearer

The first few hours were tough, though I was a bit hungover and miserable anyway. Worked 12 hours last night as a distraction.
And no issue in last hour or two of shift?
Not really. Energy wasn’t hectic, and I took a break from the gym (I rolled my ankle the other night anyway) but yeah, none. Once you get past 5 hours or so, it gets much easier. Put some salt in a cup of black coffee if you’re struggling

Start at 6pm after a decent feed and you’d make it to 11/12 the next day without any major hunger pangs… you’re 17/18 hours in at that stage. Lunch time is tough but once you come out the other side it ain’t that bad.

A good fatty feed (of healthy fats) is the job. I only had a big protein shake before yesterdays and I found it tough for a few hours.

I’m big fella and am more or less always hungry (I was obese as a teenager) so I find I’m craving food constantly. Once your body gets used to it it’s not too bad.
I wouldn’t say it’s for everyone and I definitely wouldn’t do any hard training whilst fasted but I’ve done two now and felt really good after both
Yep. It’s a great job. I’d often do 18 hours on week days when my day consists of sitting on my hole fighting with the Indians. At weekends I need a breakfast before wrestling with the limousines.
