Any fella on soy milk may as well cut his balls off with a rusty blade

Why use soy milk if you’re not avoiding dairy? It tastes rotten.

Pineapple and ginger makes a lovely juice/smoothie.

An eye opener. Nothing I didn’t suspect already but good to be reminded

Those fruit smoothies are horrible for you. If it’s for health then you should be drinking vegetables.

Just to chime in here, have lost 5-6kg very easily with intermittent fasting. 16-8. Definitely the most hassle free dieting ever, and also very effective (I cook pretty much all my own food though).

Is anyone here on a voluntarily gluten free diet and/or a carnivore based diet?

Did you chance this? I’m more and more tempted by going carnivore.

Rather than complete carnivore, trying Bear Grylls style ancient diet. It’s changed my life in ways … etc etc

Definitely noticed a difference in energy especially with cutting out bread but it’s difficult to maintain. Paddy is obsessed w bread and glutens, hard to avoid

Tell me more

I’m tempted by carnivore just because it’s supposed to help with mood and I need a lot of help in that department right now. Have tried having a carnivore meal a day most days and definitely feel lighter and more loose after it, but I’d start to crave carbs something awful after a bit

That craving for carbs dissappears after 2 or 3 days

The greatest single thing you can do for yourself health wise is fast. The health benefits are off the scale

Whats allowed? Black Coffee/water? And how long?

As long as you want… Ive slipped recently but a mix of a 16 , 20, 24 hour fast over a 10 day period is the job. The body adapts to everything so you gotta keep changing it up. The benefits of it against diseases is phenomenal.
