Was tempted when in the supermarket, thinking maybe I’ll just eat Keto today but then reminded myself that I’m doing this for the benefits autophagy brings.

I’ve done 5 and 7 days before so 3 days is easy once I’ve committed also helps that I was eating very low to no carbs on the run in to this fast.
I’m feeling quite euphoric now having topped up my electrolytes.
Brain clarity and focus excellent, about to get an afternoons workload done in the next 2 hours !

So the weigh in took place earlier and followed 88 hours of fasting down 3.8 kg but more importantly lowered my visceral fat from 3.1* to 2.8*
