Feeling shite after the weekend and was hoping to get something healthy in for lunch but as I hadn’t been to the shop to buy anything decent I ended up having the leftovers of yesterday’s brunch (rashers, black pudding, bit of steak, mushrooms and tomatoes) in a toasted sandwich with mustard and cheese.

It’s ok if you 2 Limerick fun boy’s want to come out? No judging here.[/quote]
Mark has referred to his ongoing situation in numerous posts over the past while. Keep up.
Low sex drive. One possible reason is over training.
Need a clean up badly after the holidays…
Will slowly ease myself into it this week and hit the ground running next week.
Going to come up with a meal plan and stick to it for 8 weeks.
Glas and Harry don’t get sarcasm as you’ve more than figured out by now… My sex drive is perfect you’ll be glad to know.

I hear ya, mate. I’ve had a dreadful summer after it starting off so well… The last 6 months have been an eat-a-thon and little training done.
I have a few nice fitted work shirts that I picked up in London last year and I threw one on this morning for work…
Not good… There is nothing worse than a glycerol gut peering through the stretched starch of a Jermyn Street Shirt.
Will take at least 8 weeks to undo the damage of the summer.

I don’t believe in too much hardship though, You’ll never get 100% out of me, 80% at best and an average 65%.

Drink loads of water start, taking the stairs rather than the lift. Start a @caoimhaoin patented fat loss regime, and change your eating habits a little

You would have thrived under a Loughnane regime…
I had sushi for lunch. Horrible stuff.
Incorrect. Sushi and sashimi in a sea of wasabi and soy with lashing of ginger is superb.
